We will establish a positive environment to enable our student body to form a united ensemble. We strive for a sense of equality where every voice is heard and taken under advisement. A freedom to work is emphasized over an entitlement to a specific position. Our function is to prepare, train, and nurture young theatre artists who are strong communicators for their future of choice. Always fostering our respect and commitment to this divine, living art form that encompasses all art: Music, Sculpting, Drawing, Architecture, and Performance.
